Informazioni personali

Carlotta: Cortona, Arezzo, Italy; Carlotta is a white toy/mini poodle- she weighs 3.7 kg and believes she is a Maremmano (a fierce,enormous white Italian sheepdog) in training. Jeanette found Carlotta looking for her in a petshop window in Florence. Jeanette was leading a tour group on a day excursion at the time, but was so charmed by Carlotta, that at 5:30 pm when the bus pulled away from the meeting point there was one more small passenger on board. Luciano was NOT happy, but now Carlotta is the princess of the palazzo and their hearts. Together with daughter Daisy, they dedicate themselves to the exhaustive duties of concierge at Casa Chilenne Bed and Breakfast.
